Hailing from the Philippines, Luisa has been in the kitchen since a young girl experimenting with local Filipino fruits and vegetables to create unique dishes for her family. Arriving in Japan to learn more about Japanese traditional foods, she enrolled in the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute, Tokyo and continued her studies at the Global Culinary & Hospitality Academy graduating in 2008. She later went on to finish her BS in Business Administration focusing on hospitality management. Luisa is a natural cook who can make her own recipes and is meticulous when it comes to choosing 100% healthy ingredients. Luisa works as 7artscafe’s assistant chef preparing fabulous dishes for our lunch.
